Detail: Requirements: Matric / Grade 12 Relevant IT Certificate/Degree/Diploma is an Advantage 3 years + Business Analyst Experience Drivers Licence and own transport Advantages: Understanding business processes Knowledge of the Customer Loyalty Industry in the Airline Industry, Airline IT systems Proficient in JetBrains YouTrack Proficient in Microsof Word, Excel and Powerpoint, Google Drive and Docs. Conduct business analysis and requirements elicitation through Change Requests, Stakeholder Engagement and JAD workshops. Analyse, document, and validate business, functional, technical, and change requirements. Translate business needs into clear solution specifications and user stories. Facilitate requirements clarification, impact analysis, and solution design discussions. Support project delivery by executing assigned business analysis activities and deliverables. Perform root cause analysis, problem identification, and solution recommendation. Assist business and project stakeholders in evaluating and implementing process improvements.
