Are you an Intermediate Business Analyst who thrives on solving problems, engaging stakeholders and bringing clarity to complex requirements?
We’re looking for an experienced Business Analyst to join a dynamic team.
This is an exciting opportunity to work on a high-profile platform where requirements are evolving, business needs are not always fully defined, and your ability to ask the right questions, challenge assumptions and translate ideas into actionable requirements will make a real difference.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Discover, elicit and analyse business requirements.
- Engage with business and technical stakeholders to understand needs and expected outcomes.
- Translate business requirements into clear, actionable delivery artefacts.
- Develop user stories, acceptance criteria, process maps and functional/non-functional requirements.
- Facilitate and support stakeholder workshops.
- Maintain requirements traceability and documentation in Jira and Confluence.
- Collaborate with developers, testers and senior analysts to resolve requirements gaps.
- Identify dependencies, risks, blockers and unanswered questions early.
- Support delivery across Agile, Waterfall or hybrid environments.
RequirementsWhat We’re Looking For You’ll be a strong fit if you have:
- Proven experience as a Business Analyst in technology delivery environments.
- Strong requirements elicitation, analysis and documentation experience.
- Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills.
- Experience with process mapping and business analysis artefacts.
- Practical Jira and Confluence experience.
- Experience working in Agile delivery environments.
- Strong analytical, investigative and problem-solving abilities.
- The confidence to work with ambiguity and challenge assumptions constructively.
