The ideal candidate will have a passion for interiors, furniture, and design, with strong sales ability and a keen eye for detail. You will be responsible for assisting clients in selecting furniture and décor solutions while driving sales and delivering an exceptional customer experience. Detail: Description: Assist customers in-store with selecting furniture, décor, and interior solutions Provide expert advice on layouts, colour schemes, fabrics, and finishes Build and maintain strong relationships with clients Generate and follow up on sales leads and quotations Meet and exceed monthly sales targets Maintain showroom presentation and ensure displays are visually appealing Stay up to date with current interior design trends and product knowledge Handle customer queries and resolve issues professionally Process orders, invoices, and coordinate deliveries Requirements: Proven sales experience (preferably in furniture, interiors, or retail) Strong passion for interior design and décor Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Target-driven with a strong sales mindset Good organisational and administrative skills Computer literate (POS systems, Microsoft Office) Ability to work retail hours, including weekends Advantageous Qualification or short course in Interior Design or Decorating Experience working in a showroom environment Knowledge of space planning or basic design principles Please note only candidates that meet the minimum requirements will be considered.
