• Lead the sales team to achieve and exceed monthly sales targets and key performance indicators. • Provide tailored interior design advice to clients, architects and interior designers. • Build lasting customer relationships and close high-value sales. • Manage daily showroom operations, including stock control, point-of-sale systems and inventory audits. • Maintain excellent visual merchandising standards and coordinate seasonal showroom updates. • Recruit, train and motivate sales consultants to deliver exceptional customer service. Minimum Requirements
- Minimum 3–5 years of retail store management experience .
- Experience in luxury furniture, home décor or lifestyle retail is essential.
- A formal qualification or strong proven background in Interior Design, Architecture or Visual Merchandising .
- Proven ability to close high-value sales and manage customer relationships.
- Strong computer literacy, including Excel and POS systems .
- Excellent communication, leadership and customer service skills.
- Willingness to work flexible retail hours, including weekends and public holidays.
