Duties & Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and present creative interior design concepts for retail and restaurant projects.

• Produce detailed technical drawings, construction documentation, and drawing packages using Revit and AutoCAD .

• Manage projects through all design stages, from concept design to completion.

• Prepare space planning layouts, design presentations, mood boards, and material specifications.

• Coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors, suppliers, and project teams.

• Conduct site visits and assist with project implementation and quality control.

• Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and in accordance with design standards.

• Resolve technical design challenges and provide practical solutions throughout the project lifecycle.

Desired Experience & Qualification

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Interior Design, Interior Architecture, or a related field.

• 5–10 years of professional Interior Design experience.

• Previous experience working on retail interior projects is highly preferred.

• Experience in restaurant, hospitality, or commercial projects will be advantageous.

• Advanced proficiency in Revit and AutoCAD is essential.

• Strong technical detailing and documentation skills.

• Ability to take ownership of projects and work independently when required.

• Excellent space planning, design development, and problem-solving abilities.

• Strong communication and presentation skills.

• Ability to work effectively within a collaborative team environment.

• Willingness and ability to travel locally and internationally for project requirements when necessary
