Start free — we apply for you →Job Title: INTEGRATED LIVESTOCK OPERATIONS MANAGER Start Date: 2026-07-20 - 2026-11-30 Vacancy Type: Permanent FM002606 Sectors: Agriculture & Agribusiness Location: Free State , Parys Salary: Brief: feedlot|livestock management|operations management Parys area, Free State Province – South Africa: To take full operational responsibility for the livestock enterprise, including feedlot operations, backgrounding systems, irrigated feed production, infrastructure, machinery, staff management and livestock performance, ensuring profitability, operational efficiency and compliance with company standards. Detail: MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS Diploma or Degree in Animal Science / Agriculture / Agricultural Management / Livestock Production or Agronomy (advantage) 10 years commercial beef experience. Feedlot management experience Knowledge of Backgrounding systems. Previous experience with large-scale beef production Irrigated crop production experience – silage, maize, lucerne and pastures production Irrigation experience Machinery management. Staff management PERSONAL ATTRIBUTES REQUIRED Highly organised. Practical and hands-on. Strong leader. Honest and trustworthy. Results driven. Excellent communicator. Strong problem solver. Financially disciplined. Comfortable working independently.
