Minimum Requirements
- Matric with a relevant tertiary qualification.
- Accredited sales training qualification.
- At least 2 years' sales experience in a target-driven, customer-facing environment.
- Insurance broker experience and knowledge of the broker environment.
- Proven sales, business development and relationship-building skills.
- Excellent communication, negotiation and organisational abilities.
- Computer literacy in MS Word, Excel and Outlook.
- Valid driver's licence and willingness to travel within the allocated territory.
- Strong business acumen and ability to work under pressure.
