- Collaborate with subject matter experts to support new course development.
- Monitor and ensure the quality and effectiveness of the learning environment, including classroom settings, courseware, and curriculum.
- Master course or procedure content to facilitate learning through a blended approach.
- Prepare internal faculty members to effectively conduct training sessions.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance training delivery and learner engagement.
HERE'S WHAT YOU WILL NEED
- Expert proficiency in Training Delivery.
- Advanced proficiency in Instructor-Led Training.
- A minimum of 1 of experience in relevant related skills.
- High School Diploma/GED in relevant field of studies.
