Capital Growth is looking for a motivated, results-driven professional to join our expanding Government Sector Division.
As an Institutional Opener, your primary role will be to secure access to government institutions, arrange presentations with key decision-makers, build strategic relationships, and expand our footprint within departments such as Education, Health, SAPS, SANDF, and other government entities.
Duties & Responsibilities
Secure presentation opportunities within government institutions
Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders/decision makers
Follow up on territory leads and identify new opportunities
Coordinate appointments for sales representatives
Assist with wellness programme opportunities and sponsorship initiatives
Expand and revive existing institutional relationships
Desired Experience & Qualification
-Age 25 – 35 years
-Matric Certificate (essential)
-Valid driver’s licence and own reliable vehicle
- Willingness to travel nationally
-Previous sales, business development, or territory management experience
-Experience working with or opening territories within government/PERSAL institutions will be advantageous
- Strong communication, networking, and negotiation skills
