We are seeking a reliable and motivated Driver / Installation Foreman to join our team. The successful candidate will transport staff and materials to various job sites, supervise an installation team, and ensure projects are completed safely, efficiently and to a high standard.

Responsibilities:

* Transport staff, tools and materials.
* Lead and supervise an installation team.
* Oversee construction and steel fabrication installations.
* Take site measurements and manage installation variations.
* Purchase materials and manage stock.
* Maintain the company vehicle, tools and equipment.
* Ensure projects are completed on time while adhering to company safety standards.

Requirements:

* Valid South African driver’s licence.
* Previous supervisory or foreman experience.
* Strong technical and problem-solving skills.
* Good communication and leadership ability.
* Reliable, organised and able to work independently.

Experience in construction, steel fabrication, structural installations or a related industry will be advantageous.

Salary: Negotiable based on experience and discussed during the interview.

A clean driving record, good references and a strong work ethic are essential.
