The ideal candidate will be well organized, energetic and have a positive vibe. This individual will be expected to run High Court Motion proceedings independently for a major banks wealth division. The candidate must be a go-getter and be prepared to work long hours when required in a high-pressure, yet pleasant and stable environment. Minimum requirements: Admitted attorney; 3 to 10 years' experience post admission practising as a lawyer in private practise dealing with High Court Motion proceedings, in particular insolvency, business rescue, repossessions and general banking litigation; Must be able to run High Court Motion proceedings independently; Valid driver's license and own transport. We are only looking for serious career builders who take their work seriously and are proud of their output. Someone who intends to contribute to the firm over the long term and ultimately go on to become a senior member of our team.
