Yes (Youth Employment Services) Programme Industrial Engineering Support Location: Lanseria Programme Duration: 12 Months KEY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Assist with time studies Assist with layouts Differentiate types of waste Assist with line balancing Assist in the debottlenecking process Exhibit a professional manner and appearance Ensure behaviour that leads to effective performance is identified and developed Develop an understanding of own contribution to business efficiency Clarify own job requirements and performance standards with Business Manager Identify and communicate training and development needs Identify additional responsibilities which could be undertaken as a result of new knowledge and skills after training and development courses Exhibit the ability to operate well under pressure and with minimal supervision Based on the Business Process Management (BPM) processes the job holder is responsible for: S6 (Assure product conformity) S6.3 Responsible to comply with all Hygiene requirements in the plant. S6.2 Support complaint handling by reporting all identified non-conformities and support in the implementation of effective corrective actions determined by the process owner, when needed. S10 (Ensure occupational health, safety and environment) Ensure that HSE compliance in own area of responsibility. Report any incident or unsafe conditions seen in the plant/ work area.
