Key Responsibilities

• Contribute to the development and enhancement of conversational AI and chatbot solutions.

• Analyse large datasets to identify trends, opportunities, and business insights.

• Participate in digital transformation and innovation projects.

• Collaborate with technical and business stakeholders to solve complex challenges.

• Support process optimisation and operational excellence initiatives.

• Research and evaluate emerging technologies and industry trends.
