- Assist with process improvement initiatives.
- Support time studies and workflow analysis.
- Collect, analyse and interpret production data.
- Assist in identifying opportunities to improve productivity and efficiency.
- Participate in continuous improvement projects.
- Prepare reports and update engineering documentation.
- Work closely with production and engineering teams to support operational objectives.
- Ensure compliance with company quality, safety and housekeeping standards.
Minimum Requirements
• National Diploma or Degree in Industrial Engineering. • Good understanding of manufacturing processes and industrial engineering principles. • Computer literate (Microsoft Office). • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. • Ability to work well in a team environment.
