Join a supply chain team where you will lead projects that improve Distribution Centre performance through process optimisation, warehouse design, systems integration, and continuous improvement.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Improve warehouse processes, workflows, capacity, and utilisation.
- Lead projects involving layouts, storage optimisation, infrastructure, and system enhancements.
- Analyse operational data to identify trends and improvement opportunities.
- Partner with warehouse operations and systems teams to implement and embed new processes.
- Define system requirements to support operational objectives and warehouse technology.
Desired Experience & Qualification
- Bachelor's Degree in Industrial Engineering or a related Supply Chain or Logistics qualification.
- Minimum of 5 years' experience in industrial engineering within a warehouse or distribution environment.
- Project management experience.
- Experience with Warehouse Management Systems such as SAP EWM, Manhattan WMS, or similar.
- Advanced Excel and strong analytical skills. SQL, Power Query, and Google Looker will be advantageous.
- Retail experience and willingness to travel (not much)
