Industrial Engineer

Qualifications and experience: Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Systems Engineering or a related field. Minimum 3–5 years' relevant experience in Industrial Engineering, project coordination, process optimisation or systems analysis. Experience within enterprise IT environments or Project Management Offices (PMOs) will be advantageous. Knowledge of project management methodologies including Agile, Waterfall or Hybrid approaches. Knowledge of process improvement methodologies such as Lean or Six Sigma. Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. Ability to analyse large datasets and present meaningful business insights. Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills. Strong planning, organisational and documentation skills. Ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams. Scenario Modelling and Forecasting. Visio or Process Mapping Tools.
