A leading South African retail organisation is looking for a dynamic and experienced Industrial Engineer to join its Business Solutions team and support high-impact Supply Chain projects .
This is a fast-paced role offering exposure across Distribution Centres, Transport, Shipping and Stores , with a strong focus on improving DC operations, systems and facility infrastructure.

Duties & Responsibilities
- Develop business cases and make data-driven recommendations.
- Lead and deliver Supply Chain improvement projects.
- Identify, prioritise and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
- Map, analyse and develop Supply Chain processes.
- Provide systems support and user training.
- Develop business processes that enable effective business and system integration.
- Identify opportunities to improve operational efficiency, capacity and cost.
- Collaborate with multiple departments and stakeholders to provide Supply Chain solutions.
- Analyse operational data to identify trends, opportunities and areas for improvement.
Desired Experience & Qualification
- Bachelor's Degree in Industrial Engineering or a related field.
- 5–8 years' post-qualification experience as an Industrial Engineer.
- Experience within a warehouse, distribution or broader Supply Chain environment is highly advantageous.
- Advanced proficiency in MS Excel or Google Sheets .
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
- Proven ability to manage and deliver projects.
- Willingness to travel when required.
