Start free — we apply for you →What you'll be doing: - Drive and support business improvement projects from planning through implementation. - Analyse business processes, identify inefficiencies, and recommend practical solutions. - Facilitate continuous improvement initiatives using Lean and Kaizen principles. - Collect, analyse, and interpret operational data to provide actionable insights. - Develop dashboards, reports, and performance metrics to support business decisions. - Collaborate with stakeholders to optimise workflows and improve operational efficiency. - Contribute to innovation initiatives, digital transformation, and process automation projects. - Monitor the effectiveness of implemented improvements and ensure sustainable results.
Minimum Requirements: â?? BSc/BEng in Industrial Engineering (essential). â?? 3 to 5 years' relevant Industrial Engineering or Business Process Engineering experience. â?? Strong understanding of process improvement, Lean, Kaizen, and business optimisation methodologies. â?? Experience with data analysis and reporting. â?? Advanced Excel skills; exposure to Power BI, SQL, Python, or similar analytical tools is advantageous. â?? Excellent analytical, problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills.
