We are looking for an experienced Inbound Warehouse Supervisor to join a fast-paced FMCG environment based in Durban .
The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating daily warehouse activities, managing inbound goods, maintaining accurate stock control, and supporting the Warehouse Manager in ensuring an efficient, safe and well-organised warehouse operation Duties & Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate and monitor the movement of incoming and outgoing goods
- Manage receiving, stock rotation and warehouse space utilisation
- Ensure stock audits and inventory controls are completed accurately
- Manage supplier pallets and ensure daily returns are completed
- Supervise and support warehouse staff
- Maintain SHEQ, food safety and quality standards
- Ensure correct PPE, inspections, toolbox talks and warehouse inductions
- Liaise with internal and external stakeholders regarding stock and deliveries
- Maintain accurate warehouse records and reporting
- Assist with monthly forecasts, budgets and operational trends
Minimum Requirements
- Matric
- Completed Degree or Diploma in Logistics
- Minimum 3 years' warehousing experience within the FMCG industry
- Experience within a medium to large warehouse operation
- Intermediate Excel skills
- SAGE Evolution experience would be advantageous
