Our client, a well-established organisation with their office in Somerset West has a hybrid position available - 3 days in office and 2 days remote. This is an exciting opportunity for a proactive individual who can manage planning through to successful delivery while working with their successful team on projects - inbound travel to South Africa and Africa Detail: REQUIREMENTS Proven experience leading and coordinating incoming travel arrangements Excellent organisational and time management skills. Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities. Ability to prioritise multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Word, Outlook, and Teams. Experience within the tourism, hospitality, or events industry is essential. Valid driver's licence and reliable transport preferred. DUTIES Coordinate travel from initiation to completion. Manage project plans, timelines, and deliverables. Coordinate suppliers, and external stakeholders. Ensure travel within scope, and within budget.
