- Responsible to support and measure logistics, planning, warehouse, stock control and risk performance
- Extract and analyse information from key systems offering valuable insights and present recommendations and enhancements
- Provide administrative support to the Warehouse team whilst shadowing and learning from them
- Assist with the processing of orders on CAMS
- Provide friendly and empathetic communication, primarily through email, to customers on status of orders and assist in problem solving to satisfy their order requirements
- Communicate with internal and external sources to ensure effective order fulfilment
Requirements
- Grade 12 / Matric with Math
- Forklift Drivers Licence will be advantageous
- Continuous learning - A curious mind and have willingness to learn
- Deadline / Results driven
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills
