Eco Furniture Design is hiring a Retail Sales & Customer Experience Assistant for their showroom in Tyger Valley, Cape Town. No prior experience is required, as full training is provided.

Key Responsibilities

• Customer Engagement: Welcoming showroom visitors, identifying their needs, recommending products, and managing enquiries via phone, email, and in person.
• Sales & Administration: Learning product specifications, preparing quotes, processing transactions, and following up on client leads.
• Operations: Coordinating orders with production and logistics teams, maintaining the showroom's appearance, and handling daily administrative tasks.

Requirements & Qualifications

• Open to all backgrounds: Candidates from any field of study (e.g., Law, Engineering, IT, Business) are welcome.
• Key Traits: A positive attitude, reliable nature, strong communication skills, and the ability to connect with people.
• Skills: Basic computer/email literacy, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently.
• Availability: Must be able to work on-site at the Tyger Valley showroom from Monday to Saturday. Students must ensure their schedules accommodate these hours.
