• Lead the implementation of the AI Platform across client environment. • Integrate the platform with client telephony, CRM and internal data systems. • Configure AI agents, workflow, routing rules and transfer logic. • Build and maintain API integration and automation scripts • Work directly with clients to gather requirements, provide technical guidance and manage implementation activities • Support user acceptance testing, go-live planning and production deployment. Job Experience and skill required
- Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Systems or similar
- 3 - 5 years experience in a similar role
- Experience in C#, .NET, Microsoft Azure, Docker, Ci/CD and telephony APi and platforms
