DBN000391 – Implementation Engineer - Ballito
Position Purpose To integrate cutting-edge LLMs with complex enterprise systems to build intelligent, action-driven workflows that automate business processes, update core systems, and deliver measurable value.
Role Requirements & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical discipline.
- AI & Agentic Systems: Proven experience engineering LLM orchestration systems for AI Agents, with deep technical proficiency in Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) and Voice Agents.
- API Integration: Strong expertise in designing and integrating robust REST APIs and webhooks.
- Data Management: Skilled in complex data mapping and transformation utilizing Python and Excel.
- Ecosystem Expertise: Hands-on experience integrating major enterprise APIs, including Salesforce, HubSpot, WhatsApp, and SendGrid.
- Stakeholder Communication: Exceptional ability to translate complex AI and technical architectures into clear, actionable insights for non-technical stakeholders.
Duties & Responsibilities
Technical Competencies & Experience
- Architect robust testing frameworks, edge-case mitigation strategies, and human-in-the-loop workflows to ensure system reliability.
- Leverage workflow orchestration platforms (e.g., n8n) and serverless technologies (GCP, Cloudflare Workers) to build scalable applications.
- Utilize vector databases and designed event-driven, serverless architectures for optimal data processing.
- Integrate advanced LLM platforms, including OpenAI, Google Gemini, and ElevenLabs, into production environments.
- Serve in client-facing implementation and solutions consulting roles, bridging the gap between technical execution and business needs.
- Demonstrated ability to deliver results within fast-paced, high-growth startup environments.
- Manage full-lifecycle project delivery from initial discovery to successful go-live, consistently driving measurable business value.
