Introduction

Manage and develop the regional Automotive Aftermarket product portfolio across Middle East, Africa, Turkey and CIS , with responsibility for product growth, range development, sales and margin.

Duties & Responsibilities

Manage the regional product portfolio, sales and margins .

Develop and implement portfolio and product range strategies.

Identify opportunities for new products and range extensions .

Manage product development from business case through to project execution .

Act as the regional Aftermarket Product Owner , supporting Sales with go-to-market strategies.

Identify market and customer needs and translate these into product specifications and opportunities.

Position products appropriately across premium and budget segments .

Support regional business and strategic planning.

Work closely with Global Category Management, Product Management, Sales, Engineering, Operations and Project Management .

Ensure alignment with OE requirements and regional product strategies.

Desired Experience & Qualification

Experience in Product Management , product specification and product development.

Strong knowledge of products, markets and business processes.

Strong strategic and analytical thinking with the ability to execute plans.

Excellent negotiation, influencing and relationship-management skills .

Strong commercial awareness and focus on sales and margin.

Results-driven with strong project execution skills.

Automotive Aftermarket experience is advantageous.
