Registered Nurse with a valid SANC registration Critical Care Post Basic training with relevant ICU experience Relevant nursing qualification Previous experience in a private hospital environment will be advantageous Strong clinical assessment and critical-care skills Ability to manage critically ill patients effectively Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work shifts, including weekends and public holidays Professional, reliable and compassionate approach to patient care
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Provide comprehensive nursing care to critically ill patients Continuous monitoring and assessment of patients Administer medication and treatments as prescribed Assist with procedures and emergency interventions Operate and monitor ICU equipment Maintain accurate nursing records and patient documentation Work effectively with doctors and the multidisciplinary team Maintain infection prevention and control standards Ensure compliance with hospital policies and professional nursing standards
