- Analyse business processes and identify opportunities for digital transformation.
- Gather business requirements and translate them into functional system specifications.
- Design, implement and optimise business systems and technology solutions.
- Configure and administer CRM and business management platforms.
- Develop and improve workflow automation to streamline operational processes.
- Coordinate system implementations, upgrades and platform migrations.
- Manage system integrations using APIs and third-party applications.
- Produce functional documentation, SOPs and system user guides.
- Conduct system testing and support implementation activities.
- Monitor system performance and recommend continuous improvements.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to improve operational efficiency through technology.
Minimum Requirements
- Qualification in Software Engineering, Information Systems, Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Information Systems or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years' experience in ICT Systems Analysis, Business Systems Administration or Digital Transformation.
- Experience implementing business management platforms..
- Strong understanding of business process mapping.
- Experience with workflow automation.
- Experience configuring cloud-based business systems.
- Knowledge of API integrations.
- Understanding of HTML and CSS would be advantageous.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong documentation and stakeholder engagement abilities.
