ICT Systems Analyst

Key Responsibilities

• Engage with business departments to understand processes, challenges and system requirements. • Analyse existing systems and processes and identify opportunities for automation, optimisation and digitalisation. • Translate business requirements into functional specifications, workflows, process maps, BRDs, FRSs and wireframes. • Design functional solutions and act as the key liaison between business stakeholders and developers. • Coordinate systems through development, testing, implementation and rollout. • Conduct user acceptance testing and identify system gaps, bugs and improvement opportunities. • Support national system implementation, including user training, SOP development and adoption. • Monitor system usage, data quality and functionality, conducting ongoing reviews to identify issues and opportunities for improvement. • Gather user feedback and work with developers to continuously enhance systems. • Manage and prioritise multiple systems and projects to ensure they deliver measurable business value. Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree or Advanced Diploma in Computer Science, Information Systems, Information Technology or a related field. • Experience in systems analysis, business systems, process optimisation, automation or a similar technology-focused role. • Understanding of software development lifecycles and experience working with developers. • Experience translating business requirements into functional system specifications. • Strong analytical, problem-solving and documentation skills. • Excellent communication skills with the ability to work across technical and non-technical teams. • Ability to manage multiple projects and competing priorities.
