- Advanced Diploma or bachelor's degree NQF Level 7 or higher in Information Systems or a related ICT field; Willingness to work onsite in Kathu and travel to municipal offices; Basic knowledge of computer hardware, software, and networking.
Duties
- Provide second-line ICT support to municipal staff; Install, configure, and maintain ICT equipment; Assist with system updates, backups, and ICT projects; Maintain ICT documentation and asset records.
