Infrastructure & Platform Management
- Manage and support VMware vSphere and core infrastructure environments.
- Maintain compute, storage, and networking platforms for reliability and scalability.
- Perform upgrades, capacity planning, optimisation, maintenance, and documentation.
Network & Security
- Support MikroTik networking environments, including routing, switching, wireless, VPNs, and VLANs.
- Administer Palo Alto firewalls, security policies, and connectivity solutions.
- Monitor, troubleshoot, and optimise network performance, availability, and security.
Cloud & Identity Services
- Administer cloud services, identity platforms, DNS, certificates, and access controls.
- Support external platforms and ensure compliance with security standards.
Job Experience and skill required
- 5 - 7 years experience in Enterprise ICT infrastructure, networking or systems administration roles
- Relevant tertiary qualification and industry0recognised certifications
- Experience supporting MikroTik networking, Palo Alto Firewall and VMware vSphere environments
- Working knowledge of networking, virtualisation, security, storage, backup, and disaster recovery technologies
- Experience supporting multi-site infrastructure environments and operational support activities
