- Deliver professional customer support for a wide range of HVAC systems by assisting clients with technical enquiries, fault diagnosis, installation planning, quotations, and after-sales support. Ensure a positive customer experience through responsive service, technical expertise, and a commitment to quality and safety.

Minimum requirements
- HVAC / HPAC Diploma or Red Seal Trade Certificate required.
- Strong fault-finding and technical troubleshooting skills.
- Experience in providing telephonic technical support and problem-solving.
- Experience in customer service, preparing quotations, and installation planning.
- Experience installing, commissioning, servicing, and maintaining commercial and industrial air-conditioning systems.
- Working knowledge of AHUs, VRV and VRF systems, ductwork, ventilation equipment, chillers, split units, package units, and inverter units.
- Good understanding of electronics and electrical systems.
- Knowledge of Building Management Systems BMS.
- Up-to-date knowledge of current HVAC technologies and industry developments.
- Computer literate.

Duties and responsibilities
- Commission and install a wide range of air-conditioning equipment.
- Provide on-site technical support and assistance to customers.
- Carry out planned and reactive maintenance in accordance with industry standards and maintenance schedules.
- Diagnose, repair, and service all types of air-conditioning systems.
- Conduct site inspections and surveys to ensure installation plans are practical and achievable.
- Plan and coordinate air-conditioning equipment installations.
- Prepare quotations for repairs, installations, and refurbishment projects.
- Organise work schedules and coordinate material requirements.
- Inspect and test completed systems before commissioning and handover.
- Prepare detailed reports on installations, maintenance activities, and site-related issues.
- Provide technical training and ongoing support to customers and internal personnel.
- Stay informed of the latest HVAC technologies and industry developments to ensure best practice.
