• Matric • HR Degree/Diploma • Driver's License • 3-5 years in HR Officer • Able to manage a diverse HR Agenda with the ability prioritise and manage time Duties include:
- Facilitate the recruitment and selection process within the unit in conjunction with the relevant line managers
- Support and facilitation of all facets of industrial relations, inclusive of scheduling disciplinary enquiries, and grievances
- Support and facilitation of the performance management process within the unit, inclusive of probation,
- performance appraisals and poor work performance counselling
- Represent the company at the CCMA
- Review HR Metrics and information and metric analysis
- Act as point of contact for employees and managers
- Provide HR Policy guidance and support.
- Work closely with department managers and employees to improve work relationships, build morale and increase productivity as well as staff retention
- Manage Talent portfolio in terms of succession, talent review and talent management for key job positions
- Facilitate people related issues with the relevant management stakeholders for solutioning
- Generate all required HR administration within deadlines
