Minimum requirements
- HR Management qualification or equivalent tertiary qualification
- Honours Degree in Industrial Psychology will be advantageous
- 5 years' HR Management experience within a medium to large organisation
- 3 Years' experience managing Sage VIP Payroll for more than 300 employees
- Sound knowledge of South African Labour Law and Occupational Health and Safety legislation
- Experience with Employment Equity, Social and Labour Plans, and compliance reporting
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Valid driver's license and own reliable transport
