Required Qualifications & Experience: Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Industrial Psychology, Business Management or related field. Postgraduate qualification (Honours or Master's) advantageous. Registration with SABPP highly advantageous. 10–15 years' progressive HR experience. Minimum 5 years in an executive or senior HR leadership role. Experience leading HR within a national wholesale, retail, distribution or FMCG business. Detail: Technical Competencies & Experience: Align HR Strategy: Execute holistic human capital strategies mapped to corporate objectives. Integrate Culture: Institutionalise core corporate values and Brand DNA across all business tiers. Develop Leadership: Champion acceleration initiatives, including the Branch Manager Excellence Programme. Build Succession: Secure a sustainable leadership pipeline to future-proof organisational capability. Optimise Performance: Continuously drive organisational effectiveness, agility, and workflow efficiency. Manage Recruitment: Direct end-to-end talent acquisition strategies across all organizational levels. Lead HR Team: Cultivate a high-performing HR department and optimise its operating model. Oversee Employee Relations: Direct all industrial relations and ensure full legal and equity compliance. Foster Learning: Drive a continuous-learning culture focused on workforce capability enhancement.
