JOB PURPOSE
National NDT is seeking an experienced Human Resource Manager for our Secunda Branch.
The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and coordinating the HR function, providing professional HR and Industrial Relations support to management and employees, ensuring legislative compliance, and maintaining effective employee relations.

10. EMPLOYEE ENGAGEMENT & COMMUNICATION
REQUIREMENTS
• HR / Human Resource Management qualification advantageous. • Minimum 5 years' experience in a similar HR position. • Experience managing HR for a workforce of 300+ employees. • Strong experience in Industrial Relations and Employee Relations. • Experience with CCMA, Bargaining Council and trade unions. • Sound knowledge of LRA and BCEA. • Experience with Employment Equity, BBB-EE and WSP. • Advanced Microsoft Excel skills. • Strong HR reporting and financial acumen. • Excellent organisational and time-management skills. • Ability to multitask and meet strict deadlines. • Strong communication, interpersonal and conflict-resolution skills. • High level of confidentiality, professionalism and attention to detail.
