MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
- Grade 12 / NQF Level 4 Certificate Diploma in Human Resource Management Code B Driver's license
- Good interpersonal and communication skills
- Computer literate MS Word / Excel / Power Point / Outlook
- Adhere to pre-determined deadlines 2 years relevant experience
KEY PERFORMANCE AREAS
- Administer the recruitment and selection process in liaison with the HR Recruitment Practitioner to ensure the timeous appointment of competent staff
- Performs tasks/ activities associated with the providing of a statistical function for Municipality / government departments
- Ensure a professional support in the operation and management of a modern and efficient statistical information system
- Ensure that the municipality address employment equity according to the Municipality's Employment Equity
- Plan Keep statistics of all appointments made in order to comply with Auditor General
