The recruitment agency shall ensure that each candidate submitted possesses the following minimum requirements:
- Minimum qualification of a Bachelors Degree in Human Resources, Industrial Psychology, Industrial Sociology or related HR Field (NQF 7).
- Post Graduate qualification will be an added advantage.
- In-depth knowledge of HR Strategy formulation and implementation
- In-depth knowledge of relevant regulations and standards on Human Resources and Labour Relations.
Experience
- Minimum of 6 years experience with a Human Resource Management background
- relating to all HR activities, of which 3 years must include managerial experience.
- Minimum 5 years experience in HR strategic formulation, implementation and monitoring.
- Knowledge and Experience in relevant HR Information Systems software.
- Proven experience in implementing Leadership Development programmes or related Organisational Development strategy and initiatives
