- An exciting and challenging opportunity has opened up for a Fixed-Term Human Resources Administrator at our Dunns Northern Support Office.
- Our team is looking for a confident, positive and resilient Administrator who is passionate about people, fashion and loves working in a team. The successful candidate will be responsible for HR assistance assistance to the Human Resources Team.
- Our ideal candidate must be self-motivated, positive, and passionate about performance and a resilient individual who can assist the Human Resources Team in supporting the greater Dunns Team in effectively implementing the Dunns HR strategy.
Qualifications
- Grade 12/Matric
Knowledge, Skills and Experience
- Strong attention to detail with a commitment to accuracy in all tasks
- Ability to prioritise and work efficiently under tight deadlines
- Proven experience collaborating effectively with diverse teams across cultures and organizational levels
- Adaptable and flexible, capable of managing a variety of administrative duties
- Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills in English
- Minimum of 2 years' administrative experience within an HR or Payroll setting
- Familiarity with labour legislation and its application in a workplace context
- Knowledge of recruitment and selection processes
- Proficient in using Google Workspace applications for daily operations
- Systematic and methodical approach to completing tasks and reporting
