Essential Qualifications
National Senior Certificate or equivalent (NQF 4) essential
3+ years of experience with a similar role
Key Responsibilities
Talent & Organisational Development
Conduct job descriptions and job analysis
Perform skills gap analysis and talent management
Develop training materials and support learning initiatives
Support organisational development initiatives
Employee Lifecycle Management
Manage employee onboarding and offboarding processes
Drive employee retention strategies and initiatives
Support performance management including measurements, development plans and probation reviews
