ROLE OVERVIEW

We are looking for a dynamic Human Capital Administrator to join our Team. The Human Capital Administrator will be responsible for performing a variety of administrative tasks, including record keeping, data entry, scheduling and providing support for HR programmes and initiatives. The successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring the smooth operation of the HR function and the delivery of high-quality HR services to employees.

RESPONSIBILITIES • Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records, including employment history, benefits enrolment, and personal data • Process new hire paperwork and coordinate onboarding activities, including conducting HR orientation sessions • Process employee transitions, such as promotions, transfers and coordinate off-boarding activities • Respond to employee inquiries related to HR policies, procedures, programsmes and direct inquiries to the appropriate Human Capital Specialist as needed • Coordinate HR programs and initiatives, including HR training • Coordinate the activities of the Health and Safety Committee (Training will be provided) • Assist in HR projects, including research and data analysis and contributing to HR infrastructure development • Assist in administering of employee benefits, including enrolments and changes • Coordinate the maternity and parental leave planning and application process • Assist in maintaining accurate and up-to-date HR documentation, ensuring it is organised, accessible and compliant with regulations and internal standards • Prepare and distribute HR-related communications, including announcements, memos and policies • Collaborate with other members of the Human Capital and Recruitment team members to streamline processes, improve efficiency and enhance overall employee experience • Assist with HR reporting and data analysis as required • Perform other HR administrative tasks as assigned

QUALIFICATIONS, KNOWLEDGE AND EXPERIENCE • Bachelor's Degree in Industrial Psychology, Human Resources or related field preferred • 1-2 years of experience in HR administration or similar role preferred • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite

SKILL SET AND DESIRED COMPETENCIES • Excellent Interpersonal and communication skills • Strong administration and organisational skills • Knowledge of HR policies, procedures and programmes, with a basic understanding of employment law and regulations • Attention to detail, with the ability to maintain accurate records and ensure data accuracy and integrity • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and maintain confidentiality at all times • Teamwork skills, with the ability to work effectively as part of a team and collaborate with team members
