- To develop academic material (learner guides, lectures and eThuto content) and lecture in allocated subjects for own and other programmes and to execute appropriate community projects

Main tasks
Medical Laboratory Sciences
- Immunohematology (practical – registered with HPCSA)
- Hematology I, II and III (theory & practical - registered with HPCSA)
- Immunology (practical) (registered with HPCSA)
- Virology IV (registered with HPCSA)
Minimum and Desired Qualification/ Knowledge and/or Experience
- An appropriate B Tech / Honours, Master's or Doctorate degree (depending on the level of presentation)
- Previous lecturing experience will serve as a recommendation.
- Experience with electronic education (Blackboard) is recommended.
- Registered with the HPCSA in the relevant discipline of practice as a medical technologist or medical laboratory scientist (except for Human Anatomy, Physiology and Disease).
