Minimum Requirements
- Degree or Technikon Diploma in Human Resources Development or equivalent qualifications
- 8 years relevant experience in Mining Technical Training of which 3 years should be in a managerial role
- An understanding of the South African Legal Framework and Labour Legislation that impact on Human Resources Development
- Blasting certificate or Engineering Trade certificate
- Management of the HRD Department and maintain/improve relationships with all internal and external customers
