HR YES Intern (12 month Learnership)

Our client in Pretoria is hiring! They are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic HR YES Intern to join their team. This is an excellent opportunity for a young graduate or candidate looking to gain valuable practical experience in Human Resources and develop their career in the HR field.

Salary is R7 500,00 Its a 12 month YES learnership. Duties & Responsibilities

Responsibilities

• Provide general administrative support to the HR department

• Assist with employee records and personnel files

• Assist with HR documentation and data capturing

• Support the onboarding and induction process for new employees

• Assist with recruitment and selection administration

• Schedule interviews and communicate with candidates

• Assist with maintaining HR databases and spreadsheets

• Support leave and attendance administration

• Assist with preparing HR reports and documentation

• Provide general office and HR administrative support

• Handle employee information with confidentiality and professionalism

Requirements

• Grade 12 / Matric

• Relevant Human Resources qualification (Diploma/Degree)

• Must qualify for the YES (Youth Employment Service) Programme

• Must be unemployed at the time of placement

• Must be a South African citizen

• Good communication and interpersonal skills

• Strong administrative and organisational abilities

• Computer literate, with good knowledge of Microsoft Office

• Professional and positive attitude

• Ability to maintain confidentiality

• Previous HR experience will be advantageous but is not essential
