HR Operations Manager

HR Operations Implement the People and Sustainability strategy, providing guidance to HR Ops. Lead and ensure compliance on all legislation applicable to each country served by Enaex. Accountable for the implementation of the transformation plan especially Employment Equity. Accountable for implementing and leading a GREAT HR Operation (get Results, Rigorously, Efficient, Accountable, Time bound). Manage a team of HR Professionals, that could include HR Business Partner/s, HR Administrators and Talent Acquisition Lead. Responsible for the HR data analytics, reporting on all business matrix relevant to HR as well as identify strategic projects to enhance operational excellence and minimize business risk. Facilitate change management. Remunerations and Benefits Collaborate with the Remunerations and Benefits Manager to oversee Organisational Design by ensuring structure alignment including grading of new positions. Talent Acquisition Provide guidance to ensure timeous delivery of suitable and competent candidates within the budget. Oversee workforce planning of new projects. Identify strategic and cost-effective solutions for capacity management by providing guidance on the relevant employment contracts (Labour Hire, NPE or Perm). Talent Management and Organisational Development Collaborate with the Talent Management & Organisational Development Manager/Lead to oversee performance management, talent management and all culture initiatives. Employee Relations Collaborate with the ER Manager to oversee employee relations by streamlining all HR policies, processes and procedures. Oversee key ER processes, i.e. Section 189 & 197. Facilitate the analysis of ER trends identified in the business with proposed remedial actions to reduce business risks.
