HR Officer

Qualifications and experience : Minimum of 1 year's HR experience. Experience in recruitment and general HR support will be beneficial. Valid driver's licence will be advantageous. Willingness to travel when required. Skills : Recruitment, selection and talent acquisition. Employee relations and performance management. HR administration and HR information systems. Training coordination and employee onboarding. Knowledge of labour legislation and HR compliance. Communication, stakeholder management, planning and problem solving.
