Were seeking an experienced HR Officer to provide full on-site Human Resources support to our Overland Division. This role covers the full HR spectrum: administration, recruitment, training, performance management, talent development, and employee relations including representation at CCMA and NBCRFLI .
Requirements
B Degree / National Diploma in HR or Industrial Psychology
57 years HR generalist experience in a similar environment
Strong track record in labour relations and dispute resolution
Proficiency in SAGE People , HRIS systems, and MS Office
Excellent communication, facilitation, and conflict management skills
Valid Code B drivers license
