Job Title: HR MANAGER Start Date: 2026-08-07 - 2026-10-30 Vacancy Type: Permanent GSt001686 Sectors: Human Resources (HR) Location: SA - Gauteng , Randburg Salary: Brief: HR Manager Randburg Based Salary between R50 000 – R60 000 Detail: Minimum requirements: Hours 07h00-16h00 (Mon-Fri) 230 x staff Policies and procedures Minimum Qualifications Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Minimum of 5 years' HR experience, including at least 2 years in a management or supervisory role. Loading payroll, checking hours work, overtime Thorough knowledge of employment legislation and HR best practices. Experience with HRIS and Microsoft Office applications. Professional HR certification is an advantage. Education Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Industrial Psychology, or a related field (required). Postgraduate qualification in Human Resources or Labour Relations (preferred). Professional HR certification (preferred), such as: Society for Human Resource Management Certified Professional (SHRM-CP) or SHRM-SCP HR Certification Institute PHR or SPHR Relevant local professional registration where applicable.
