????????????: ✅ Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Industrial Psychology, or related field ✅ Minimum 5–8 years’ HR experience, with at least 3 years in a managerial role ✅ Strong knowledge of South African labour laws and HR best practices ✅ Proven experience in employee relations and performance management ✅ Excellent interpersonal, leadership, and communication skills ✅ High level of integrity, discretion, and professionalism ✅ Experience within retail, fashion, or creative industries is advantageous
