Relevant Diploma (N6 Certificate) from a recognised TVET College Basic understanding of labour legislation (e.g., BCEA, EEA, OHSA). Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook). Familiarity with a finance or payroll system (advantageous). Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Strong organisational and time management abilities. Attention to detail and high level of confidentiality. Ability to work effectively as part of a team and independently. Previous exposure to an HR environment and Kwantu system training/ experience is advantageous. Personal Competencies Demonstrates honesty, reliability, and respect for confidentiality and ethical standards. Manages documentation with a high level of precision Able to manage multiple tasks, prioritise effectively Strong written and verbal communication Flexible in a dynamic work environment Adaptability and Willingness to Learn Handles sensitive information with discretion and in compliance with HR standards.
