  • Diploma (NQF 6) or Degree (NQF 7) in Human Resource Management or related field. • South African citizen with a valid South African Identity document. • Passion for public service and an interest/desire to work in the Financial Sector. • Strong academic background and high levels of integrity. • Must be able to work in a stressful environment, willing to learn and work extra hours. • Energetic, self-driven, and deadline driven. • Must be computer literate. Key Performance Areas: • Provide administrative support across all HR functions, including employee records management. • Support recruitment, selection and onboarding processes. • Assist with ensuring HR compliance and governance requirements are met. • Assist with the coordination and administration of training and development initiatives • Support payroll, leave, and employee benefits administration. • Assist with compiling and maintaining accurate HR reports and data. Other Key Competencies: The candidate must demonstrate the following skills: People management, presentation skills, problem-solving, interpersonal and conflict management skills, in-depth knowledge of the Human Resource value chain, the ability to perform consistently under pressure, and be team-oriented. Preference will be given to the black female designated group and people living with disabilities, to advance the achievement of the office’s EE targets.
